Qualifications

• High school diploma; degree preferred; 3+ years in Customer Service or Customer Field Service.
• Monday–Friday schedule; alternate shifts and overtime during emergencies.
• 3 years of general industry knowledge and operations knowledge.
• Dispatch environment experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; comfortable with web-based data systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and put them into practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership in dispatching and electronic workforce management.
• Understand customer services, call center, and service order dispatch software/hardware needs.
• Learn the company field management and dispatch applications, work order management, and BI reporting.
• Coordinate with divisions to assist with appointment scheduling, work orders, and status updates.
• Ensure overnight auto-dispatch processes and same-day dispatch are accurate and timely.
• Maximize field efficiency using system features and proper setup of field staff.
• Analyze field data to identify patterns and improve efficiency.
• Support daily workload distribution and adjust schedules as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
