Jimco Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a full-time Compactor Maintenance Technician/Truck Leader to service supermarket facilities across northern Georgia, northern Alabama, Tennessee, and Kentucky.

The role is hands-on and field-based, operating as a single-person crew with a dedicated service truck and travel within the territory. The candidate must have mechanical aptitude, be able to troubleshoot issues, work outdoors, and pass DOT physical and background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive maintenance and minor repairs on industrial or retail equipment.
• Ability to travel within northern Georgia, northern Alabama, Tennessee and Kentucky.
• Must reside within 25 miles of Marietta, GA.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screening, background check, and federal SS verification.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year MVR.

Responsabilités

• Service supermarket facilities across the designated territory.
• Operate as a single-person crew with a dedicated service truck.
• Record time worked, vehicle maintenance, and field tasks accurately.
• Coordinate with the corporate office and manage route planning.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs in the field.
