Sierra Pacific Industries in Orinda, CA is hiring a Service Technician - Windows & Doors to diagnose, repair, and install window and door systems. This full-time role involves physical work, travel as needed, and requires strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

We offer an hourly wage of $37–$45, plus a signing bonus up to $1,500, excellent health benefits, a retirement plan with employer contributions, and paid vacation and holidays. Training and advancement are provided.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ recent window and door service repair experience
• Experience with install and field mulling is preferred
• We seek reliable, self-motivated individuals with good communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record is required
• All applicants must be at least age 18

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform field repairs and provide excellent service levels
• This is a physical job that requires lifting, pushing/pulling, and climbing on ladders
• Perform AAMA-certified window and door installations
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
• Company will provide a service van, tools, and training
• Meet or exceed customer’s expectations
• Overnight travel may be required
