Job summary

Infinity Replacement, part of Marvin, seeks a Field Service Technician to deliver post-sales support for Infinity windows and doors. You will resolve service issues, communicate professionally with customers, and represent Marvin’s quality commitment on every visit.

The role requires installing replacement windows/doors, a strong driving record, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Company vehicle and laptop/iPad are provided, with benefits as described.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with installing replacement windows and doors.
• Excellent driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales support for Infinity windows and doors.
• Communicate professionally with customers and support staff to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Plan routes and manage service schedules to meet stated goals and customer needs.
• Document service activity clearly to assist inside support staff with timely closures.
