Job summary

Marvin is hiring Window Installer - Residential in Cleveland, OH to join our Installation department. The role involves assisting with installation and post-install service for Infinity windows and doors, supporting the Senior Installer on-site, and maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite.

• Experience in the construction industry.
• A valid driver’s license on an ongoing basis.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders or scaffolding.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and post-install service and repair of Infinity window and door products.
• Support the Senior Installer with site tasks including product installation and removal, site setup and cleanup, and product preparation in the warehouse.
• Perform basic construction tasks using standard industry trade methods.
• Deliver superior customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
• Communicate product and installation issues to customers and the Infinity production team.
• Provide post-sales support and service for Infinity products.
• Maintain clear and concise jobsite documentation to support timely resolution of service requests.
• Manage and maintain company-issued assets (tools, phone, computer/notepad).
• Ensure personal safety, maintain a clean and safe jobsite, and present a professional appearance.

Infinity Replacement by Marvin brings premium replacement windows and doors directly to homeowners through personalized consultations and expert installation.

We're hiring Install Technicians of all experience levels. Whether you're new to the trade or an experienced installer, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality window and door installations and outstanding customer service. Construction experience, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality are essential. Experienced installers will also have opportunities to mentor others and lead by example.

Highlights of your role

Assist with the installation and post-install service and repair of Infinity window and door products.

• Support the Senior Installer with job site tasks including product installation and removal, site setup and cleanup, and product preparation in the warehouse.
