Qualifications

• Currently possess or enrolled and actively pursuing an associates degree in Electronics or related field.
• Candidates without an associate degree must complete it as a condition of employment.
• Familiarity with schematics, multimeter, hand tools, and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats to guide on troubleshooting, parts selection, and proper application of products.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Software, Mechanical, Manufacturing, and Welding engineers to develop products from concept to production.
• Sustain product lifecycles by revising parts lists, service parts kits, and manuals.
• Provide feedback to engineering from customer data to improve processes and reduce warranty claims.
• Work safely with electricity, hand tools, power tools, pneumatics, and electromechanical equipment to repair warranty units.
• Manage challenging customer situations, research solutions, and provide resolutions.
• Maintain ownership of customer interactions throughout the lifecycle of their request.
