This is a field‑focused role where your expertise in Field work often involves emergency or unscheduled tasks, and hours may vary based on project demands.When not in the field, you will work in the shop to ensure consistent employment in between assignments (Permanent Role, not Contract Work) **WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION** When not assigned to field work, perform welding and fabrication tasks in the shop to maintain steady hours and continuous employment.Demonstrated experience as a **6G aluminum welder** in construction or industrial environments. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tape measurements, and fabrication drawings. Prior leadership, crew coordination, or field supervision experience *(preferred)*.The ability to work hours based on business needs, not guaranteed to follow a standard schedule.Willingness and ability to **travel 75% of the time**, often to remote power plants and industrial job sites. Ability to use basic technology and software, including Tablets, laptops, and Microsoft Office Products.
