Job summary

Hunter Crown, LLC is seeking an experienced Field Parts and Service Technician to support engineered water and wastewater treatment solutions. The role combines field service, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and parts coordination to maintain system reliability.

The successful candidate will diagnose and repair equipment at customer facilities, perform startup and preventive maintenance, and provide guidance to plant operators while traveling regionally in the Mid Atlantic as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on mechanical, electrical, or field service experience.
• Knowledge of pumps, valves, piping, and instrumentation.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and process diagrams.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer facilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair industrial water and wastewater equipment at customer sites.
• Perform startup, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Coordinate replacement parts, provide customer quotations, and manage parts availability.
• Provide technical guidance to plant operators and remote troubleshooting support.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and promote equipment reliability.
