Job summary

Premier Tech Water and Environment team seeks a dedicated field service technician to service wastewater treatment systems across customer sites. You will travel daily to sites, diagnose issues, perform maintenance and repairs, and document findings for each visit.

The role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical work, and construction, with strong troubleshooting and customer service abilities. Overnight travel may be required, and the benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, construction, general labor, electrical or related fields.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle service calls, maintenance, and repair of wastewater treatment systems.
• Make daily trips to customer sites.
• Gather information from customers and document visits.
• Prepare visit and investigation reports.
• Carry out daily follow-ups and follow a schedule.
• Diagnose problems and provide clear recommendations.
