Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on vending and breaktime equipment at client locations. This role focuses on diagnosing issues, repairing equipment, and delivering reliable service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Drug screen and pre-employment background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• DOT requirements: must be 21 or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex maintenance, repairs, and cleaning on vending equipment at customer locations.
• Inspect equipment visually and audibly to diagnose malfunctions and root causes.
• Dismantle machines and components to access and repair problem areas.
• Maintain inventory of machine parts on the service vehicle and in the warehouse.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating with client-site staff.
• Ensure work adheres to safety policies, DOT regulations, and company standards.
