The role suits a mechanically inclined, safety-focused technician who excels at diagnosing issues and building strong customer relationships at client sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Trade school or technical training is preferred.
• Experience with refrigeration or electrical systems is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex maintenance, repairs, and cleaning on vending and breaktime equipment at customer locations.
• Inspect equipment to diagnose malfunctions and determine root causes.
• Dismantle machines to access problem areas and repair.
• Maintain inventory of machine parts on the service vehicle and in the warehouse.
• Complete service calls efficiently and perform additional duties as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment including company vehicles.
• Deliver excellent customer service by communicating with client-site staff.
• Comply with safety policies, DOT regulations, and company standards.
