Job summary

This role involves establishing rapport with customers, performing service tasks, and maintaining company property. A technical background with a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Qualifications

• 2-4 years military experience in a related technical field.
• 0-2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to communicate professionally in written and verbal forms.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and remedial service on UPS and Power Distribution Units.
• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Maintain communication with Technical Support on issues.
