Velocity Flow Technologies in Salina, KS, seeks a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment across brands. Travel domestically and internationally, support customers and perform shop tasks when not traveling.

You will inspect, repair, and adjust systems, train customer personnel, and complete service reports with precise time and expense data. The role emphasizes safe, reliable work with strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of related mechanical experience or training.
• A 2-year technical degree is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating/mantenance instructions, electrical drawings and technical information.
• Clear communication with customers and strong problem-solving ability.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot equipment remotely and on customer sites; perform inspections, repairs, and adjustments.
• Prepare service visits; coordinate parts, tools and internal technical support.
• Explain findings, train customer personnel and follow through on service commitments.
• Complete service reports with accurate time, expense and billing information.
• Assist with assembly and shop work as needed while maintaining customer support.
• Maintain safe, quality work; follow PPE requirements and address hazards.
