Job summary

EAM-Mosca Corp. in Hazle Township, PA seeks a Field Service Technician to install, calibrate, and maintain end-of-line packaging machinery across the Hazleton region. The role emphasizes reliability, customer satisfaction, and collaboration with engineering for rapid issue resolution.

The position requires 3+ years in field or plant maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, and willingness to travel up to 80% across the U.S. A valid driver's license and AS degree are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field or plant equipment maintenance experience.
• Corrugated industry experience a plus.
• Mechanical understanding of strapping machines preferred.
• High school diploma.
• A valid driver's license.
• Solid mechanical/electrical background.
• PLC experience preferred.
• Associate's degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission equipment ensuring reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Perform preventative, predictive maintenance and emergency repair on all equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems using test equipment and hand tools.
• Coordinate with engineering for customer service excellence.
• Generate service reports with parts used and issue resolution.
• Communicate with area service managers to plan schedules and travel itineraries.
• Maintain composure under pressure to ensure top-notch service.
