Job summary

EAM-Mosca Corp. in Hazle Township, PA, is seeking a driven Field Service Technician for the Lancaster/Harrisburg region. The role covers maintenance, repair, and calibration of end-of-line packaging machinery and consumables.

You will solve problems for customers and work with Mosca Engineering to ensure top-tier service. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of field or plant maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and willingness to travel extensively in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field or plant equipment maintenance experience.
• Corrugated Industry experience a plus.
• Mechanical/electrical background preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission equipment to ensure reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance, emergency repair on all EAM equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems using test equipment and hand tools.
• Collaborate with Mosca Engineering to deliver high-level customer service.
• Generate service reports detailing work performed, parts used, issues, solutions, and follow-up.
• Coordinate daily with area service managers and plan travel itineraries to meet customer needs.
