Ludlum Measurements, Inc. in Sweetwater, TX is seeking a self-starter Field Service Technician to join our team. The Field Service Technician will drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.

This Full-Time, In-Person role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, willingness to travel 1–2 weeks per month, and close collaboration with our technical team to deliver timely service reports and practical equipment recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proven field service experience
• Technical degree or certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to travel 1-2 weeks per month
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports while documenting processes
• Operate vehicles in a safe manner and use field automation systems
• Follow all company files procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
• Perform other related duties as assigned
