Job summary

L & S Electric, Inc. is seeking a versatile industrial technician in Wisconsin to disassemble/assemble pumps, motors, and generators and perform maintenance on rotating equipment. You will travel to diverse customer sites, work with skilled teams, and complete tasks with on‑the‑job training as needed.

Candidates should have a mechanical background, be comfortable with hand and power tools, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. CDL B, forklift experience, and overtime willingness are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willing to travel up to 5 days a week and overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and assemble pumps, motors, and generators.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on motors and generators.
• Operate lifting and rigging, read dial indicators, and use precision measuring tools.
