Job summary

CSI designs, builds, and services stainless‑steel process systems used in the food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, and personal care industries.

This field-based role involves weekly travel to customer facilities across the country, diagnosing problems, and bringing critical equipment back online. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a stable, essential industry with clear growth opportunities and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of hands-on mechanical or service experience (or relevant training).
• Basic electrical troubleshooting is a plus.
• Industrial or food manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly on industrial process equipment (pumps, valves, heat exchangers).
• Travel to customer facilities across the country
• Walk into a plant, identify issues, and get critical equipment back up and running
• Support operations where downtime isn’t an option
• Train customers and operators on proper equipment use
• Read schematics, understand systems, and troubleshoot in the field
