BeaconMedaes is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on medical gas equipment at customer sites in the St. Louis area.
You will build strong customer relationships, uphold safety standards, and represent BeaconMedaes’ commitment to excellence. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of field service experience, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and ASSE certification or the ability to obtain within 1 year.

BeaconMedaes is seeking a qualified Field Service Technician for the St Louis, Missouri area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team. In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on medical gas equipment at customer sites while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and service. You will also build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify opportunities to enhance customer value, and represent BeaconMedaes' commitment to excellence—keeping us First in Mind, First in Choice.
Perform routine, preventative maintenance and repairs on Medical Gas Products. Preventative maintenance should be conducted in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations (with regards to schedule and scope). Perform diagnostics on malfunctioning products, determine possible causes for malfunctions and perform repairs as suggested by diagnostics and assessment. Test and document the proper operating parameters prior to and following preventative maintenance and repairs. Provide walk-through evaluations and basic system assessments.
Complete Job Reports daily, Time Sheets weekly, Expense Reports turned in at least monthly and other job-related paperwork as required.
Return parts replaced under warranty as requested by Technical Support, Quality or Service Management. Returns must be completed within two weeks.
Perform assigned duties in accordance with BeaconMedaes standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer. Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish/ maintain communication with all people/ employees considered necessary to get the job done.
