Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician for our Albuquerque, NM operation. This hybrid role involves extensive travel to customer sites and field installations, with a focus on preventive maintenance and rapid repair of equipment.

Qualifications

• Industrial related field service experience (2–3+ years).
• Electromechanical degree or equivalent training.
• Experience maintaining, repairing electrical, hydraulic and/or pneumatic systems.
• Good command of English; second language a bonus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in harsh environments.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Customer Support Manager.
• Maintain fleet in the field.
• Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory.
• Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines.
• Document all work performed daily using company hardware/software.
