Job summary

Atlas Copco Rental LLC in Gonzales, LA is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. You will maintain field equipment, perform repairs on-site, and travel across the designated US territory.

The role requires 2-3+ years in industrial field service, an electromechanical background, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience as an industrial related field service mechanic
• Demonstrated expertise in maintenance, overhaul and repair of electrical, hydraulic and/or pneumatic systems
• Strong command of English; second language is a bonus

• Maintain fleet in the field
• Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory

Your role

Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.

You will

• Report directly to the Customer Support Manager.
• Maintain fleet in the field
• Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory
• Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines
• Improve measureale success to business targets
• Document all work performed daily by using company provided hardware and software

• You have 2 - 3+ years of experience as an industrial related field service mechanic
• You have an appropriate electromechanical degree or training
• You have demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul and repair of different industtrial equipment including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics
• You have a good command in English and a second language knowledge is a bonus
• You have high energy levels
• You will be expected to lift up to 50lbs and work in industrial environments including extremes in temperature with walking, standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling

You will be part of our customer center in Gonzales, LA. You will join a dynamic field service team, working in a hybrid role and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area,United States (US).
