Job summary

Atlas Copco SRDNA in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, ensuring performance and longevity of customers' equipment. The role combines field work with a hybrid approach, serving customers across the United States.

You will report to the Customer Support Manager, maintain fleet in the field, perform repairs at customer sites, and carry out preventative maintenance across the territory.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in industrial field service mechanics.
• Electromechanical degree or training required.
• Experience maintaining, overhaul, and repair of electrical, hydraulic and/or pneumatic equipment.
• Good command of English; second language a bonus.
• High energy; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tough environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fleet in the field.
• Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment across the territory.
• Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines.
• Improve measurable success toward business targets.

You will

• Document all work performed daily by using company provided hardware and software

• You have 2 - 3+ years of experience as an industrial related field service mechanic
• You have an appropriate electromechanical degree or training
• You have demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul and repair of different industtrial equipment including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics
• You have a good command in English and a second language knowledge is a bonus
• You have high energy levels
• You will be expected to lift up to 50lbs and work in industrial environments including extremes in temperature with walking, standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in Albuquerque, NM. You will join a dynamic field service team, working in a hybrid role and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, United States (US).
