Job summary

Umano Medical is seeking a hands-on Field Service Engineer to support customers and ensure optimal performance of our medical equipment in the field. You will diagnose, repair, install and maintain devices at customer sites, delivering dependable service that reflects our commitment to quality and care.

With at least 3 years in field service, you will troubleshoot electrical, electronic and mechanical systems, read schematics and technical docs, and communicate clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field service experience in medical devices or healthcare equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from a home office if needed.
• Valid USA driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness and ability to travel within USA as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades.
