Job summary

Groundworks, LLC is hiring a Service Technician in Orange Park, Florida. You will meet homeowners face-to-face, assess needs, present proven systems, and earn commissions while delivering real foundation and water-management solutions.

Role includes travel to homes, performing maintenance and follow-up service, and growing long-term relationships. Training is provided; a valid license is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven sales experience preferred but not required.
• Construction/Home Improvement experience preferred.
• Proven customer relations experience preferred.
• A valid, non-restrictive Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute appointments scheduled with customers.
• Travel to customers' homes based on assigned appointments.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and professionally represent the company.
• Recommend additional products and services to enhance or improve installations or to remedy issues.
• Perform annual maintenance visits and diagnose and fix issues.
• Install additional products purchased by the customer as necessary.
• Adhere to safety regulations and report status to the Service Manager.
