Ulrich Lifestyle Structures is seeking a dependable Warranty Service Tech to support post-production service operations. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain company-built sheds, garages, barns, and playhouses, delivering quality workmanship and outstanding customer experiences.

The role requires hands-on work in a residential setting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while meeting safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of residential construction and repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Virginia driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service work orders for repairs on sheds, garages, and other structures.
• Perform carpentry, roofing, painting, and minor electrical work as needed.
• Evaluate issues and determine repair solutions in the field.
• Assist with product deliveries when required.
• Maintain sales lots and display units, including store repairs.
• Communicate with customers to address concerns professionally.
• Deliver a consistent 5-star customer service experience.
• Follow company construction standards and quality expectations.
