Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies seeks a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair rotating equipment at customer sites across the region. You will perform inspections, alignments, and electrical testing while ensuring safe, quality service and clear documentation of all work.

The role requires 1–3+ years with rotating equipment, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel regionally, including overnight stays. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years with rotating equipment (pumps, motors, blowers, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical systems and motor testing
• Read and interpret OEM drawings and manuals
• Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, dial indicators)

Responsibilities

• Remove/install rotating equipment (pumps, motors)
• Perform maintenance and alignments
• Troubleshoot/repair rotating equipment at customer sites
• Service/repair motors up to 480V; insulation testing
• Troubleshoot basic electrical issues
• Operate and maintain a service truck and inventory
• Complete driving logs and service documentation
• Identify hazards and document safety measures
