Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation is hiring a Field Service Technician I in Kansas City, MO. You will install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, across an assigned territory, with rotating shifts and regional travel.

A valid US driver’s license and basic technical skills are required. The role offers an hourly wage of $17 to $19, overtime, and benefits including paid holidays, vacation, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Local candidate preferred for the Kansas City area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills expected.
• Familiarity with hardware and operating systems beneficial.
• Willingness to travel and work rotating/flex shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
• Utilize NCR Voyix training to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
