Job summary

Taylor Freezer Sales of Arizona, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician in Phoenix to install, maintain, and repair commercial foodservice equipment including soft serve machines and ice systems.

The role combines fieldwork with shop tasks and requires problem-solving, independence, and strong customer service. Based in Phoenix, AZ, the technician will travel across Arizona, receive paid training, and benefit from a 401(k), health coverage, PTO, and Taylor certification opportunities for

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical, or foodservice equipment repair.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional overnight travel.
• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment installation or service (preferred).
• EPA certification or electrical/mechanical background (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial foodservice equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Travel to customer locations throughout Arizona if necessary
• Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships
• Identify equipment trends/issues and recommend improvements
• Complete service documentation and communicate with internal teams
