Job summary

Invenergy is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform major component replacements and repairs across the fleet, with training duties and a strong emphasis on safety. The job requires travel in 4-week intervals away from home and returning home for a week off.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, leading teams, and writing procedures. The position offers base pay hourly with potential bonuses and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years technical experience and/or technical education related to renewable energy systems.
• Experience in multiple platforms strongly preferred.
• Ability to effectively use software systems to troubleshoot issues.
• Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform and train on major component replacements and repair services across the Invenergy fleet.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on multiple equipment platforms.
• Lead teams to perform component replacements and repairs.
• Complete daily and monthly reporting and write procedures for component replacements.
• Travel away from home for 4-week intervals with a 1-week return.
