Job summary

Invenergy is seeking a Field Service Technician – 100% to support major component replacements and preventive maintenance across its fleet. The role requires safe operation, travel in 4-week intervals away from home, and hands-on repair across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of technical experience or related education, outdoor work capability, and a valid U.S. driver’s license. Position includes competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

1 year technical experience or technical education required.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Able to work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladders, lift up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
Valid driver's license and US work authorization.
Willing to travel for 4-week intervals.

Responsibilities

Collaboratively represent Invenergy to internal and external parties.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in multiple equipment platforms.
Train site personnel in Operations activities including Safety and Maintenance.
Lead teams to perform major component replacements and repairs on multiple equipment platforms.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems.
Perform equipment and site inspections and compile reports.
Complete daily and monthly reporting.
