Job summary

Invenergy is hiring a Field Service Technician – 100% to perform major component replacements and repairs across the fleet. You will travel in 4-week intervals away from home with a week back home, and you will train site personnel in safety, maintenance, and ops support systems.

Requirements include at least one year of technical experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladders, lift up to 100 lbs, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• One year of technical experience in mechanical/electrical fields or equivalent education.
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively represent Invenergy and field service to internal/external parties.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults on multiple equipment platforms.
• Train site personnel in safety, maintenance, and operational support systems.
• Lead teams in major component replacements and repairs across platforms.
• Perform site inspections and compile related reports.
• Complete daily/monthly reporting and document procedures for replacements.
