Invenergy seeks a Field Service Technician to perform and train on major component replacements and repairs across our fleet. You will travel approximately every 4 weeks, returning home for a week off, performing O&M tasks safely per Invenergy policies, and collaborating with the Field Service Group.

The role requires mechanical/electrical experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather while lifting up to 100 lbs.

Formación

• One year of technical experience (mechanical, electrical, etc.) or technical education required.
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather and lift/move up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Collaboratively represent Invenergy and the Field Service Group to internal and external parties.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in multiple equipment platforms.
• Train site personnel in operations activities including safety and maintenance.
• Lead teams to perform major component replacements and repairs on equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems across platforms.
• Understand electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic functions of equipment platforms.
• Perform site inspections and compile reports.
• Complete daily and monthly reporting requirements.
• Write and revise procedures for component replacements.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Rotational travel every 4 weeks with time off week.
