Job summary

Invenergy is seeking a Field Service Technician – 100% to perform and train on major component replacements and repairs across the Invenergy fleet. Expect 4-week travel intervals away from home with a return week off, and work in a dynamic, safety-driven environment.

Must live in one of the listed states and be able to work outdoors in varying weather. A valid driver's license and ability to work at heights are required, with potential for additional training and responsibility growth.

Qualifications

• One year of technical experience or technical education.
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Outdoor work readiness and ability to climb ladders and work at height.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively represent Invenergy to internal and external parties.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults across equipment platforms.
• Train site personnel on safety and maintenance activities.
• Lead teams for major component replacements and repairs.
• Perform inspections and compile reports; write procedures for replacements.
