Job summary

A-Gas Americas is seeking a Field Service Technician to service HVAC and specialty gas projects across a geographic area. You will lead field service activities, perform preventative maintenance, and interact with customers to ensure quality service and safety on site.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related industry or mechanical experience preferred.
• Flexible hours; overtime may be required.
• Technical knowledge and adherence to safety procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Computer skills and familiarity with current technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive company truck to designated work sites daily for reclamation and recovery services.
• Provide exceptional service and customer support to clients.
• Identify opportunities for service, gas buy-back, and refrigerant spot buys.
• Submit daily work orders and weekly expense reports.
• Maintain assigned vehicle in good condition.
• Operate electric pallet jack as needed.
• Work safely and follow safety standards.
• Participate in DOT random drug testing program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
