We are experiencing rapid growth in our Technical Services division and seek professional production service technicians to enhance customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding service to clients, managing call resolution issues according to SLA agreements to enhance customer relations and satisfaction.
2. Utilize senior-level experience and specialized training in electromechanical equipment and advanced troubleshooting to perform repairs and maintenance on large-scale production equipment.
3. Perform comprehensive maintenance on assigned products, including diagnostics, software loads, installation, removal, retrofit, and remote resolution software utilization.
4. Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring maintenance, production, and supply inventories are managed effectively.
5. Assist and guide team members on policies, procedures, and best practices for equipment repair.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Senior electro-mechanical experience, including troubleshooting electrical circuits with a multimeter and reading electrical schematics. Relevant backgrounds include roles in HVAC, cable internet, electrical work, automotive repair, military, or veteran experience.
• Excellent time management skills and reliability. Punctuality and dependability are highly valued.
• Valid driver’s license with appropriate insurance; Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be checked.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive over 50% of the workday, with safety being a priority around electrical components.
