Job summary

AssetWatch in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a Field Service Flight Technician to install, test, and service our Condition Based Monitoring solutions at client sites. You will work with a dedicated team to ensure uptime and customer satisfaction in dynamic industrial environments.

The role requires up to 100% travel, including overnight and air travel, with a focus on safety, documentation, and effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field service with travel.
• Experience with hand and air tools.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs, tests, and services AssetWatch Condition Based Monitoring solutions at client sites.
• Travel up to 100% with overnight and air travel.
• Maintain installation and field service records.
• Provide on-site technical support and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with field teams to review solutions and ensure proper documentation.
• Operate safely with PPE in industrial environments.
