Job summary

Leslie's is hiring a Field Service Technician to lead exceptional pool service delivery at residential and commercial sites. You will perform sales, installation, and repair of pool equipment, interacting with customers to provide guidance and recommendations.

All work is outdoors, with comprehensive training and equipment provided. Starting training pay is $20 per hour, followed by a post-training pay structure offering 40% commission and potential earnings of $60,000–$100,000+ per year.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• General plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of using a multimeter and making electrical connections.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales, installation, and repair of pool equipment for residential/commercial customers.
