Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Pro (Termite Pro) to perform essential home service installations across a designated route. You will follow a daily path within your territory, install attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, and protective systems, while maintaining detailed service records and representing Orkin professionally.

Starting pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, with paid training, opportunities for pay increases and promotions, and eligibility for bonuses.

Qualifications

• No Previous Pest Control Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
• Employment considered in line with applicable laws

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems and radiant heat barriers
• Complete all required service-related documentation
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride
• Work in environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces
• Operate a company vehicle safely
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Prioritize safety in all job aspects, including equipment, work environments, and customer interactions
• Perform duties in all weather conditions
