Raymond Central is seeking a Field Service Technician in St. Louis, MO to support forklifts, pallet jacks, racking systems, and other material handling equipment at customer sites. The role is full-time, hourly, with overtime possible based on demand.

Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical skills, basic knowledge of industrial electricity, and experience in industrial maintenance or heavy equipment. Minimum qualifications include a HS diploma or GED and hands-on technical experience.

Formación

• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of industrial electricity.
• Ability to read schematics, diagrams, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, automotive, or heavy equipment industries.
• Minimum qualifications include a HS Diploma or GED and hands-on technical experience with mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical components.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, service, and support material handling equipment at customer locations in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair forklifts and other equipment per guidelines and procedures; maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment per procedures and cost guidelines at the customer facility.
• Complete all required paperwork and time records accurately following management directions.
• Account for all parts, materials, tools, and consumables used as required.
• Drive and work safely following company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
• Maintain the van’s interior equipment, manuals and related documents.
• Attend meetings, training classes and other company activities as required.
• Keep an adequate set of personal tools as required by the position.
• Work with all departments to ensure high-quality customer service.
