Job summary

Terex Corporation, Environmental Solutions Group, seeks a Field Service Technician for the 3rd Eye line. This role performs field maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations at customer sites with up to 75% travel.

You will support waste and recycling systems and assist customers with operational issues and product demonstrations. Candidates should have an associate degree or technical school background, 5+ years in automotive/electronics, and strong problem-solving skills in field settings.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, Technical School, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years combined experience in automotive, commercial electronics, and waste recycle vehicles.
• Basic electronics testing knowledge with voltmeter, power probe, and test lights.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with remote supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine service and maintenance on regionally installed 3rd Eye products in the field.
• Troubleshoot equipment in person, provide technical information, and assist customers.
• Travel to customer sites up to 75% and install/add 3rd Eye products as needed.
• Complete reports on warranty and quality and communicate findings to customers.
