Job summary

ENV Services, Inc. seeks a Field Service Technician to test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HEPA-filtered devices, including Biological Safety Cabinets, Clean Benches, and Clean rooms, at customer sites. Training provided in classroom and mentored by experienced technicians.

Candidate must have mechanical/electrical aptitude, strong computer skills, and outstanding customer service. A company vehicle is provided; travel overnight is possible.

Qualifications

• Sound mechanical and electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer contact skills.

Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment at customer locations.
• Provide maintenance for clients safely and communicate with other technicians to find solutions for service issues.
• Prepare paperwork at the completion of each job to record time, repairs and parts installed.
• Work independently without supervision and represent the company professionally.
