Job summary

ENV Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform testing, maintenance and repair of HEPA filtered devices, including Biological Safety Cabinets, Clean Benches and Clean rooms at customer sites.

You will learn with our equipment and receive hands-on training from experienced technicians. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, troubleshooting, and excellent customer interaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude are required.
  • Excellent customer contact skills.
  • Valid state driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass background check, drug testing and safety training.
  • Calibration or HVAC experience in pharma/biomedical fields is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Test, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment at customer locations.
  • Provide maintenance for clients and document time, repairs and parts.
  • Prepare paperwork at job completion and communicate findings with team.
  • Work independently and professionally; travel with company vehicle as needed.

Job descriptionENV Services, Inc has been a nationally respected leader in calibration, certification and decontamination services. We are seeking a Field Service Technician to provide testing, maintenance and repair of HEPA filtered devices, including Biological Safety Cabinets, Clean Benches, and Clean rooms.ResponsibilitiesUsing our test equipment, you will learn to test, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment at customer locations.Training provided, both in classroom and mentorship with experienced technicians.Good troubleshooting skills are required to assess, diagnose and repair the equipment.Provide required maintenance for clients in a safe manner and communicate with other technicians to find solutions for service issues.Prepare paperwork at the completion of each job to record time, repairs completed and parts installed.Technician must be able to work independently without supervision and represent the company in a professional manner with a neat appearance at all times.A company vehicle is provided, overnight travel can be anticipated.QualificationsCandidates should have a sound mechanical and electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills as well as strong computer and organizational skills.Excellent customer contact skills.Technician must have a valid state driver's license with clean driving record to operate company vehicles, ability to pass a background check, customer drug testing and safety training.Calibration or HVAC experience in the pharmaceutical and biomedical fields are highly desired.Position RequirementsPhysical ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in various positions (bending, kneeling, sitting, standing).Must be willing to drive for long trips and travel overnight.Work from a six foot ladder.BenefitsCompany vehicle and fuel cardHealth, Vision, and Dental InsuranceCompany paid Life and Accidental Death InsuranceShort and Long term disability401k plan with matchingVacation, sick, personal daysENV Services, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
