Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in oilfield services, mechanical maintenance, or artificial lift systems.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat or cold.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing manual labor.
• CDL Class A license preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pumping units.
• Work outdoors daily for long hours in extreme weather.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Complete field paperwork and DOT documentation.
• Operate company trucks between job sites.
• Adhere to Liberty Lift SOPs and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Rig materials for lifting and ensure safe operations.
• Maintain vehicle and job site housekeeping.
