Liberty Lift Solutions, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain beam pumping units in the field. You will perform safety inspections, troubleshoot issues, and support production operations while working outdoors in demanding environments.

The role requires lifting heavy equipment, driving to sites, and adhering to safety procedures. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years in oilfield services, mechanical maintenance, or artificial lift systems preferred.
• Strong safety practices and procedures in field operations.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, climbing, and manual labor.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL Class A preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience with crane rigging and safe lifting practices preferred.
• Strong attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain pumping units in the field.
• Perform safety inspections on equipment and tools.
• Work with basic hand tools on a daily basis.
• Drive company trucks to and from job sites.
• Maintain housekeeping of vehicles and job locations.
• Assist in safety and welfare of the job site and team.
• All other duties as assigned.
