Job summary

Liberty Lift Solutions, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair beam pumping units in demanding outdoor environments. You will troubleshoot mechanical issues, perform routine inspections, and support production operations while following safety standards and company procedures.

The role requires working outdoors daily, lifting 50+ lbs, and driving to job sites with a CDL Class A preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of oilfield services, mechanical maintenance, or artificial lift systems preferred.
• Strong safety practices and procedures in field operations.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, climbing, and manual labor.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL Class A preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience with crane rigging and safe lifting practices preferred.
• Strong attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain pumping units and related equipment.
• Work outside daily in extreme hot or cold weather.
• Perform safety inspections on equipment and tools.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery for repairs and maintenance.
• Rig materials for lifting and handle field paperwork and DOT requirements.
• Follow Liberty Lift SOPs and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Operate company trucks to and from job sites and maintain vehicle housekeeping.
• Support safety and welfare of crew, customers, and vendors.
