Job summary

BFC Solutions is hiring a Service Technician for the Appleton/Neenah area. Starting pay is $24/hour with overtime opportunities and paid training. You will travel to commercial locations to perform HVAC filter service and basic preventive maintenance.

No HVAC experience is required; training is provided. You will work in a route-based, full-time role with independent field work, a company vehicle, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable using ladders and working at heights.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps.
• Pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned route in company vehicle.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Work independently at customer locations.
• Use a smartphone to receive and complete work orders.
• Work on commercial rooftops and ladders.
• Load and organize filters, tools, and supplies.
