Job summary

BFC Solutions is seeking a Service Tech to join our Knoxville team. This full-time, on-site role involves performing scheduled HVAC filter service, preventive maintenance, and customer site visits at commercial facilities, often on rooftops.

You'll travel regionally, climb ladders up to 36 feet, lift up to 50 pounds, and work early mornings with overtime as needed. We provide paid training, benefits, and a path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 36 feet with extension ladder.
• Able to pass background and drug screenings.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and read instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily and weekly route schedules and complete services within expected windows.
• Perform HVAC filter service and preventive maintenance, including replacing filters and inspecting units.
• Service commercial HVAC systems at customer locations, often on rooftops.
• Load/unload and organize filters, tools, and supplies; maintain inventory.
• Provide route coverage and support for other territories; overtime and overnight travel as needed.
