You will travel to commercial locations to perform HVAC filter service and basic preventive maintenance, using a company vehicle and smartphones to manage work orders.

Qualificações

Service Technician – $24/hour + Overtime + Paid Training

BFC Solutions is hiring a Service Technician in the Appleton/Neenah area starting at $24/hour, with overtime opportunities, paid training, a take-home company vehicle, weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in maintenance, warehouse or yard operations, construction, roofing, pest control, cable installation, utility work, delivery/route service, equipment operation, or other hands‑on work who is ready to build a career in the skilled trades.

• Independent, route‑based work

You will travel to commercial customer locations such as Walmart, Walgreens, Dollar General, and other facilities throughout your assigned territory to perform scheduled HVAC filter service and basic preventive maintenance.

Your day will include:

• Driving an assigned route in your company vehicle


• Performing basic preventive maintenance and inspections


• Working independently at customer locations


• Using a smartphone to receive and complete work orders


• Working on commercial rooftops and using ladders


• Loading and organizing filters, tools, and supplies

We provide the training! We are looking for someone dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable working independently, and ready to learn.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools

• Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings

Travel & Schedule

This is a full-time, route-based position with early morning starts and opportunities for overtime.

Overnight travel may be required approximately one to two weeks per month, typically Monday through Thursday nights, within your assigned region. During overnight travel weeks, employees receive an additional $25 per day, plus applicable overtime.

You Do NOT Need HVAC Experience
