Our client is a global leader within the packaging industry, designing and manufacturing equipment used to identify products, trace products, and protect brands from counterfeiting. They are a leading manufacturer of labeling, coding, and marking equipment, used for printing logos, bar codes, lot codes, expiration dates, QR codes, etc., on consumer goods packaging.

Each day offers new experiences across industries such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical, health and beauty, building products, automotive, and more. Your responsibilities include installations, repairs, and maintenance of coding and marking equipment, exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Travel to customer sites for installation, emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, and training.
- Maintain high first-time fix rates, quick response times, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure machines operate at peak efficiency through proper setup and testing.
- Collaborate with regional and national service teams to improve customer experience.
- Accurately document and report all service activities.
- Provide feedback to the quality department on equipment reliability and design issues.
- Manage parts inventory and requisition additional parts as needed.
- Follow safe work practices at all times.
- Complete detailed service and expense reports.
- Train customer staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electro-mechanical equipment.
- Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to read schematics and use multimeters.
- Understanding of mechanics and electronics through technical documentation.
- Adaptability and flexibility in supporting various customers.
- Prior military service or transitioning veterans are encouraged to apply.
- Previous field service experience is a plus.
- Basic networking skills are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually plus overtime.
