Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training in plumbing/electrical/construction is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, general construction, and/or handyman work; laminate countertop experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, and general construction elements; perform handyman tasks and laminate countertop repairs or installations as needed
• Identify and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, and structural components, ensuring efficient and lasting repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep systems operating efficiently and prevent unexpected failures
• Communicate effectively with clients, explain repair procedures, and provide solutions that minimize downtime
• Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards during all work
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, services, and parts used; submit service reports and invoices promptly
• Track tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory; order and replenish supplies as needed
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices through continuous learning
